Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, presentable Sales Executive to sell gold bars and gold coins at our mall and airport outlets. You will engage walk-in customers, explain products, and close sales with a professional, trustworthy approach.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers, including domestic and international travellers
- Explain product details: purity, weight, hallmark, pricing, and making/other charges
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, payments, and documentation accurately (including KYC where required)
- Maintain stock counts, display, and store presentation
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat and gift purchases
- Follow company SOPs, security, and compliance guidelines
