Job Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Subject Matter Expert to lead design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics solutions for a leading US Telecom giant. This role requires deep Dynamics expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive projects independently while keeping senior leadership updated on progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or FO) solutions
- Act as the go-to SME for Dynamics architecture, best practices, and platform capabilities
- Drive projects independently end-to-end and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics solutions
- Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise/Telecom systems
- Guide development teams on plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and customizations
- Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to implementation best practices

Required Skills Experience





- 10-12 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and/or FO)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics configuration, customization, plugins, and workflows
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party/enterprise systems (APIs, Azure Service Bus, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Dynamics data model, security roles, and solution architecture
- Experience leading requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Solid preference for candidates with prior experience in the Telecom industry (billing, OSS/BSS, network operations, order management, or customer care systems)
- Proven ability to drive projects independently and communicate status to senior leadership

Nice to Have

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps for ALM/release management
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations preferred
