Job Summary

We are looking for a SCADA Operator with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry. The candidate will be responsible for SCADA-based plant monitoring and operation, RO plant operation, equipment monitoring, process parameter control, and maintaining secure and efficient plant operations.

Candidates with hands-on experience in RO Plant and SCADA Operation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and operate the Water/RO Treatment Plant through the SCADA system.
- Monitor plant parameters, alarms, trends, flow, pressure, level, pH and other process parameters.
- Carry out routine SCADA monitoring and ensure smooth plant operation.
- Operate and monitor RO systems as per SOP and operating parameters.
- Monitor the performance of pumps, motors, valves and other plant equipment.
- Identify abnormal operating conditions and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment breakdowns and technical issues.
- Maintain proper plant operating records, log sheets and shift reports.
- Record process parameters and report deviations to the Shift In-charge/Site Supervisor.
- Ensure proper chemical dosing and maintain required operating parameters as per SOP.
- Monitor equipment status through SCADA and immediately report critical alarms.
- Follow plant SOPs, operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure housekeeping and safe working conditions in the plant area.




- Support preventive maintenance activities by coordinating with the maintenance team.
- Ensure smooth operation of the plant during assigned shifts.
- Follow all EHS and safety norms while carrying out plant operations.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in SCADA Operation.
- Experience in RO Plant Operation is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Water & Wastewater Treatment processes.
- Basic knowledge of RO, Pumps, Motors and Valves.
- Ability to understand SCADA screens, alarms, trends and process parameters.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of plant equipment.
- Knowledge of operational safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Ability to maintain shift-wise operational records and reports.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. candidates can apply.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment.
- Candidates with experience in RO + SCADA operation will be preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work in shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants.
- Hands-on experience in RO Operation.
- Experience in SCADA-based plant operation and monitoring.
- Basic knowledge of Pump, Motor, Valve and associated equipment.
- Good understanding of safety practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: 22,000 to 32,000 per month
Location: Ranjangaon, Pune

Salary will be offered based on experience, technical knowledge and interview performance.
