Role Overview: (Immediate Joining)
The Senior Executive Tender Management will be responsible for managing the complete tender lifecycle, including bid identification, documentation, proposal preparation, technical and commercial evaluation, e-procurement, GeM bidding, and Electronic Reverse Auctions (e-RA). The role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and competitive bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities through GeM, CPP Portal, NIC, state e-procurement portals, and other procurement platforms.
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle from tender notification to award.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in accordance with tender requirements.
- Prepare high-quality technical proposals, compliance statements, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, SCM, and Operations teams for timely collection of bid inputs.
- Participate in Electronic Reverse Auctions (e-RA) and execute competitive bidding strategies to maximize winning opportunities.
- Handle complete GeM Portal operations including bid participation, RA participation, order processing, product catalog management, OEM authorization, and contract execution.
- Conduct technical evaluation of tender requirements and prepare bid compliance matrices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, bid conditions, and client specifications.
- Arrange and manage EMDs, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, Performance Security, Integrity Pacts,
and other statutory documents.
- Respond to tender clarifications, corrigenda, and customer queries.
- Maintain tender database, MIS reports, bid pipeline, and success ratio analysis.
- Coordinate with customers until purchase order issuance and contract finalization.
- Stay updated on government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and e-procurement regulations.

Preferred Experience
- 3 - 6 years of Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, including bid submission, catalog management, and Reverse Auction (RA) participation.
- Experience handling Electronic Reverse Auctions (e-RA) on GeM and other procurement portals.
- Familiarity with public procurement procedures, tender compliance, and government contracting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-value government and PSU tenders.
