Role: Databricks Platform Administrator
Experience: 4 - 7 Years
Location: Pune
Qualification: Engineering Graduate

Looking for candidates with genuine hands-on experience in Databricks Platform Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, configure and administer Databricks Workspaces, Clusters, SQL Warehouses, Serverless and Jobs.
- Handle workspace provisioning, configuration and cloud networking.
- Implement and administer Unity Catalog, including catalogs, schemas, tables, access controls and data lineage.
- Manage users, groups, permissions, RBAC and platform access.
- Monitor platform performance, cluster stability, logs, job reliability and overall platform health.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for notebooks,



jobs and Delta Live Tables using Git integration.
- Manage compute resources, platform governance and cost optimization / FinOps.

Required Qualifications:

- Engineering Graduate with 4 - 7 years of overall experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in Databricks Platform Administration.
- Experience with Databricks Workspaces, Clusters, Jobs and SQL Warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog and access management.
- Experience in workspace provisioning, cloud integration and networking.
- Good understanding of Apache Spark / PySpark.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD is preferred.
