Job Title: Lead- Recruitments

Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, Naukri,LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and continuously develop a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer-to-joining process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring pipeline.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Support employer branding and participate in recruitment drives, career fairs,



and campus hiring initiatives where required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS/HRMS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS and recruitment analytics is preferred
