Job Description:

* Looking for an experienced L3 Security SME with strong hands-on experience in *Forcepoint and Zscaler.

* Provide L3 support and troubleshoot complex issues related to web security, proxy, policies, authentication and traffic flow.

* Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, Client Connector, SSL inspection and security policies.

* Experience in Forcepoint Web Security/SWG, policy configuration and troubleshooting.

* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, VPN, firewalls and network troubleshooting.

* Perform RCA, incident resolution, configuration changes and escalations.

* Coordinate with network/security teams and vendors for complex issues.

Required:Strong troubleshooting skills, production support experience and positive communication skills.

Candidates with hands-on Forcepoint & Zscaler experience preferred.
