- Develop and configure Adobe CJA Data Views, Connections, and Analysis Workspace projects.
- Integrate CJA with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Analytics.
- Configure custom metrics, dimensions, and calculated fields for reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, identity stitching, and schema mapping for accurate analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for tagging and data collection using Adobe Launch.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to data flows and reporting accuracy.
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Adobe CJA (Data Views, Connections, Analysis Workspace).
- Skilled knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud components: AEP, AJO, RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with Adobe Launch and Web SDK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified professional in Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing analytics and customer segmentation.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
