Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day E-Commerce & Marketplace operations
- Product listing, catalog management, pricing & content optimization
- Manage Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Meesho accounts
- Monitor orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations & refunds
- Manage online inventory and coordinate with warehouse/production teams
- Track sales, revenue, orders and marketplace performance
- Manage offers, promotions and marketplace campaigns
- Analyze competitors, pricing and market trends
- Handle customer reviews, ratings and marketplace queries
- Prepare MIS, sales and performance reports
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams
- Drive online sales and improve marketplace performance

Preferred candidate profile





- 2 years of relevant E-Commerce experience
- Experience in Textile / Fashion / Apparel / Retail / D2C preferred
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations
- Positive analytical and communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Immediate joiners / short-notice candidates preferred
