Software Skills

- Solid Edge, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor or any 3D CAD software

- Exposure to SPM & Automation projects

Work Experience Requirement

- Hands-on experience in product development.
- Experience in SPM Design, Automation Industry, BIW Fixture Robotic Lines, Plant Engineering or Process Industry.
- Active involvement in designing structural parts, mechanisms and engineering drawings.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for structural component concepts and system design deliveries as per project plan.
- Develop concept models and detailed drawings for SPMs, automation layouts, plant layouts, welding fixtures,



assemblies, part details, BOMs, etc.
- Select suitable bought-out components such as pumps, hydraulic/electric motors, sensors, torque arms, etc. as per design requirements.
- Collect and interpret engineering data and ensure that designs are carried out in accordance with quality assurance requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and effectively present designs and technical information to stakeholders and managers.
- Develop creative and practical design solutions to engineering problems and prepare 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software.
- Follow ISO standards, departmental and customer best practices, and relevant design standards while delivering projects.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
