Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day *Fiber Mill production activities*.
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Monitor *coconut husk input, fibre output and fibre recovery*.
- Ensure required *fibre quality* and minimize wastage.
- Allocate and manage production workers/contract labour effectively.
- Monitor machine operation and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production.
- Maintain daily production, manpower, downtime and recovery records.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain *5S and valuable housekeeping* in the production area.

Candidate Requirements

- 3-5 years of production experience in a manufacturing industry.




- Technical qualification is mandatory ITI / Diploma preferred.
- Experience in Coco Coir / Coconut Fibre / Fiber Mill will be preferred.
- Should have knowledge of production machinery and basic troubleshooting.
- Should be capable of handling workers and shift production independently.
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and MS Excel is preferred.
- Willing to work in shifts.
