Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of construction projects. The role involves cost estimation, BOQ preparation, measurement, billing, contract administration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with company standards.

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects. The role ensures accurate estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against approved estimates.
- Prepare and verify contractor bills, client invoices, and payment applications.
- Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and clients for commercial matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of project costs and progress.
- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without affecting quality.
- Support dispute resolution and commercial negotiations when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and applicable standards.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelors degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Relevant work experience in quantity surveying or residential project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, measurements, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and relevant QS software or AutoCAD.
- Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

- 10+ years as QS for residential project.
