Job Description:

- Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Counsel parents on the IB curriculum, academic programmes, and school offerings.
- Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Conduct school tours and parent interactions.
- Follow up with prospective parents and achieve admission/conversion targets.
- Maintain admission records, lead pipeline, and follow-ups on CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions/counselling, preferably in an IB/International School.
- Robust knowledge of the IB curriculum is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
