Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for the AGM- Accounts Receivable role:

NOTE: Should have team management experience.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Head - Accounts Receivable to lead end-to-end AR & O2C operations for India entities and global stakeholders. The role will own strategy, people leadership, compliance, and transformation for AR.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy

Lead AR operations (Cash Application, Dispute Management, Collections) for India and global entities. Define AR strategy aligned with global process framework. Build and mentor a high-performing team and partner with Sales, Customer Service & Business Finance.

2. Operations

Cash Application: Ensure timely & accurate payment application, monitor unapplied cash, coordinate with banks & treasury.

Dispute Management: Drive root cause analysis of short payments/deductions, reduce dispute aging with Sales/Logistics.

Collections: Drive timely collections, manage overdue & DSO improvement while maintaining customer relations.

3. Compliance & Controls:

Ensure strong ICS controls,



audit compliance and documentation.

Own Trade Receivables schedule for audits, SL vs GL reconciliation, ECL & Bad Debt provisioning.

Manage India compliance - EDPMS, IRM, eBRC closure with Banks & Tax teams.

Support Revenue Recognition & Month-end closing for India entities.

4. Reporting & Transformation:

Track KPIs/SLAs - DSO, Cash App accuracy, Dispute TAT, Collection effectiveness.

Drive automation (RPA, AI), Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and ERP migration projects.

Partner with GPO & IT for process standardization.

Desired Profile:

CA / CMA is mandatory.

Credit Management / Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

15-18 years in AR / Order-to-Cash in Shared Services / MNC / GCC setup with 10+ years in large team leadership.

Robust hands-on experience in SAP (S/4HANA), Power BI, AR Tools.

Proven expertise in Working Capital Management, Stakeholder Management and Global matrix environment.
