Zoho HRMS / Finance Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for Zoho HRMS / Finance Developers with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho application configuration, customization, automation, development, and integrations.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Zoho HRMS applications, Zoho Finance applications, and Deluge scripting, along with a good understanding of HR and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and implement Zoho applications based on business requirements.
- Work extensively with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Sign, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Billing, Zoho Creator, and Zoho CRM.
- Develop Deluge scripts, custom functions, workflows, approvals, and automation.
- Configure forms, modules, workflows, policies, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
- Automate HR and finance processes using Deluge, workflows, and functions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, and other APIs.
- Understand business requirements and provide appropriate Zoho HRMS and Finance solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across Zoho applications.




- Support system enhancements, customization, testing, implementation, and technical support.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho HRMS/Finance Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Billing.
- Good knowledge of Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.
- Valuable understanding of HRMS processes, finance processes, workflows, and business automation.
- Experience in configuration, customization, automation, reporting, and application support.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Zoho Flow is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
