Role Data Modeler with DBT

Duration – Long Term.

1. Must have relevant experience of min 5 years in Data Modeler role with implementation experience using Erwin, Autosys or any other Data modeler tool.
2. Hands-on with either DBT & Airflow experience
3. Experience of working in healthcare domain would be a huge plus.
4. Key words to search for the candidate:

- Good to have but not mandatory – Healthcare exp, Python, Airflow
- Certifications (Good to have) – None

Job description:

- Responsible for day-to-day requirement gathering processes and overseeing the implementation of the technical design, data modeling, data profiling and data analysis.
- Able to work with Data Steward to create business rules and data models using either Erwin/Autosys or any other data modeler tool.
- Set up DBT project on Gitlab. Terraform/deployment scripts familiarity.




- Expertise with Source to Target Mapping and Function Requirement Specifications Docs.
- Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes to extract insights from existing data leveraging rigorous project management discipline to ensure the highest possible quality of delivery while managing team capacity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment and mentor team members.
- Conduct business due-diligence activities to identify analytics opportunities for transformation.
- Should be willing to work in Afternoon Shifts (2pm to 11pm IST) (only for offshore).
- Ability to manage high volume and high complexity data projects across multiple delivery locations in virtual environment with excellent client communication skills.
- Robust problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
