At Yusen Logistics India Pvt Ltd we are looking for Senior Executive Billing , Mumbai -
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Monthly checking SAP and highlighting and solving discrepancy
- Escalating on expiry of quotation or non availability of quotation on customer billing.
- WIP Revenue Monitoring on monthly basis.
- Cost Accrual-Cost booked and vendor invoice not received to be escalated.
- Approval of export payment requisition in absence of team members.
- Approval of Import Payment Requisition.
- Credit Note Approvals & Maintaining Sets.
- Follow-up and resolving remittance query, HO Query.
- Following up for dockets at regular intervals and ensuring billing on time.
- Taking all other activities related to invoicing / activities as per need.
- To develop MIS reports for various accounts and monitor the performance closely
