Locations & Experience

- Bangalore: 1+ year of retail sales experience is mandatory.
- Mumbai: Freshers are welcome; candidates with any level of experience can apply. Prior experience in retail sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, features, accessories, and upgrade/trade-in offers.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and product solutions.
- Maintain product knowledge and skilled grooming standards.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in mobile, electronics, gadgets, or consumer durables preferred.
- Apple/iOS knowledge will be an added advantage.
