Work Profile (Description):
1. Source potential resources through calls, references, databases, social media and other channels.
2. Screen and assess prospects based on eligibility, communication and suitability.

Explain the job opportunity, earning potential, licensing process (if any) and business expectations.
4. Handle candidate queries and objections to build confidence and interest.
5. Coordinate documentation, training, examination and licensing formalities.
