Function: Legal / Legal & Regulatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and vendor contracts.
- Handle corporate legal matters, contracts and legal compliances independently.
- Provide legal opinions and advisory support to business functions.
- Advise management on legal risks and regulatory/compliance matters.
- Support legal structuring of transactions and business relationships.
- Develop and standardize legal processes, templates and agreements.
- Stay updated on Corporate, Contract, Securities and other relevant laws.

Requirements:

- LLB / LLM from a reputed institution/law school.
- 5+ years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / Capital Markets.
- Strong experience in Non-Litigation, Corporate & Contract Law.
- Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Robust communication, negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently advise business and management on legal matters.
