- Work Mode: WFH
- Shift: Day Shift
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: Sunday

- Willingness to learn HR and recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an HR Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Connecting with candidates and explaining relevant job opportunities.




- Understanding candidate profiles and checking their eligibility.
- Conducting initial telephonic screening and interviews.
- Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintaining candidate information and recruitment records.
- Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline.
- Meeting daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Handling candidate queries professionally.
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
