Senior Accounts Officer

- You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting the overall financial operations of Company. The role will involve invoice preparation, receivables and ageing monitoring, P&L; and cash flow preparation, budgeting and actuals monitoring, vendor registration, GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, and preparation of financial MIS for management.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or equivalent with Minimum 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, strong accounting fundamentals, good Excel skills, and the ability to independently manage routine accounting and compliance activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

A. Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

B. Good understanding of GST and TDS.

C. Hands-on experience in invoicing and billing.

D. Strong understanding of P&L; and Cash Flow preparation.

E. Experience in receivables and ageing analysis.

F. Good understanding of Budget vs. Actuals.

G. Strong reconciliation skills.

H. Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.

I. Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.

J. Good analytical and numerical skills.

K. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

L. Positive communication and coordination skills.
