Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated Chartered Accountants to join our Finance team and play a key role in our IPO readiness and public listing journey. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting, IND AS implementation, audit management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and capital market transactions.

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified
- Maximum 3 attempts in CA Final
- CA Rank holders preferred
- Strong academic track record throughout education

Experience

- 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Freshly qualified CAs are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with Big 6 article ship experience will be preferred

Required skills

- Strong working knowledge of IND AS and financial reporting.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, audit methodologies, and financial controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.




- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and review of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Assist in preparation of financial information required for IPO documentation.
- Support implementation of internal financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reviews.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
- Support preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and responses to auditor queries.
- Work extensively on ERP systems for financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Drive automation and reporting enhancements within finance processes.
