The role will involve identifying and engaging with developers, understanding project requirements, assessing financial and project-related information, coordinating with credit and legal teams, and supporting the end-to-end loan process. The candidate should have good understanding of real estate/construction finance, robust analytical and relationship management skills, and the ability to work with developers and internal stakeholders.
