- Plant Maintenance: Manage routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance for transformers, VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breakers), ACB (Air Circuit Breakers), LT/HT panels, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and heavy-duty industrial motors.
- Power Distribution: Monitor load balancing, energy efficiency initiatives, and continuous power availability across all production blocks and solvent storage areas.
- Troubleshooting & RCA: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for electrical and automation faults to prevent recurring downtime in critical production lines.
- Regulatory & cGMP Compliance: Maintain accurate electrical logbooks, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Safety & EHS: Ensure strict adherence to hazardous area classifications (explosion-proof/flameproof fittings), electrical safety protocols, and EHS (Setting, Health, Safety) guidelines
