Role & responsibilities : The EHS Executive is responsible for driving compliance, performance improvement, and cultural change across Environment, Safety, and Sustainability functions at the site. The role ensures regulatory compliance, minimizes operational risk, drives resource efficiency, and embeds a robust safety and sustainability culture across the workforce and contractor ecosystem.
Preferred candidate profile :
Education & Certification
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, electronics etc.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (statutory requirement as per Factories Act)

Equivalent government recognised Institute
- Local language Read/Write/Speak
- Certification in ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)
and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) as Lead Auditor/Implementer preferred.
- Additional certification in Sustainability/ESG reporting (GRI, BRSR, CDP) will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in EHS roles within a manufacturing, process, or heavy industry environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory liaison independently.
- Proven track record of driving safety and sustainability improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with EHS digital platforms (e.g., Gensuite) for incident/concern repor ng and compliance tracking preferred.
