Job Description
We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth booking and sales process.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
- Good client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates from real estate, BFSI, automobile, telecom, retail, or other sales industries are welcome.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
