Job Description

We are looking for Field Officers / Centre Managers to join our microfinance operations in Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for managing customers/groups, conducting field visits, ensuring timely loan repayments, and supporting business growth while maintaining high service and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Identify and onboard new customers and form JLG/SHG groups.
- Explain loan products, repayment schedules and company policies to customers.
- Conduct customer verification and ensure proper KYC/documentation.
- Manage centre meetings and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure timely collection of loan instalments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain portfolio quality.




- Monitor customer repayment behaviour and identify potential risks.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
- Follow company policies, ethical collection practices and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in microfinance, banking, NBFC, sales or field collection will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply for Field Officer positions.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Knowledge of Hindi and local language/dialect preferred.
- Candidates should be target-oriented, responsible and comfortable working in rural/semi-urban areas.
