Role & responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design, spatial planning, and high-level architectural presentation sets.
- Oversee office work-flows, working drawing sets, and detailed specification schedules.
- Review site progress, handle technical challenges on site, and manage vendor/client relationships.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Arch (M.Arch is a plus); Council of Architecture (CoA) registration required.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in residential & commercial projects.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and presentation software.
