Role & responsibilities

* Handle inquiries and leads received through IndiaMART

* Understand and explain housekeeping products and cleaning chemicals to customers

* Provide information about product usage, applications, and pricing

* Prepare quotations and share product details with customers

* Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email

* Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing

* Maintain customer records and update lead details

* Generate repeat business through regular customer follow-up

* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability

* Prepare basic sales reports and maintain proper documentation

Preferred candidate profile

* Female candidate preferred

* Knowledge of housekeeping materials, cleaning chemicals, and janitorial products

* Experience handling IndiaMART leads will be an advantage

* Good communication and customer-handling skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp

* Ability to explain product details clearly

* Valuable follow-up and organizational skills

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
