Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Ensure proper execution of high-rise structural and finishing activities as per approved methodology.
- Check quantities, measurements, material requirements, and work progress.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify site issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update project management on project status.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.




- Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure construction quality and maintain inspection records.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the planning team regarding project schedules, work sequencing, and progress updates.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion as required.
- Maintain proper site documentation, drawings, checklists, inspection reports, and work records.
- Participate in site meetings and provide technical inputs for resolving construction-related issues.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project timelines, quality, cost, and safety objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of high-rise building construction and civil engineering practices.
- Good understanding of RCC, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site execution procedures.
- Strong contractor and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.
- Ability to monitor project progress and identify delays or site constraints.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
