Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced TOSCA Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the Tricentis Tosca automation platform. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in TOSCA tool administration, repository management, user administration, integrations, upgrades, and platform support for enterprise-scale automation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Tricentis Tosca environments including Tosca Commander, Tosca Server, and DEX infrastructure.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions ensuring secure platform usage.
- Administer Tosca repositories/workspaces, including backup, restoration,



and version management.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and health; troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Configure and support integrations with Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow, and other enterprise tools.
- Provide L2/L3 support for automation teams and resolve execution, connectivity, and platform-related issues.
- Manage Tosca licenses and ensure optimal license utilization.
- Establish governance standards and best practices across automation teams.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams to drive efficient test automation delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in Testing/QA with significant experience in TOSCA Administration.
- Strong understanding of enterprise automation ecosystems and tool integrations.
- Experience supporting multiple automation teams in large-scale environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
