The role involves contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, understanding their concerns, negotiating suitable payment arrangements within company guidelines, and maintaining accurate customer and call records.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments through outbound calls.
- Follow approved scripts, call guides, policies and procedures.
- Understand customer situations and negotiate suitable payment arrangements.
- Update customer information, call notes and payment arrangements in the collections system.
- Identify and escalate accounts requiring special attention.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and collection activities.
- Follow applicable company policies and collection procedures.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions.
- Meet daily and weekly targets related to calls, collections and other KPIs.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.




- Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in collections, recovery, customer service, BPO or voice-process roles will be preferred.

Experience with collections software or similar customer-management systems will be an advantage.
