- QNXT: Work from Home (WFH)

Shift

Mandatory Skills

- Facets – US Healthcare
- QNXT – US Healthcare
- Strong hands-on experience in the respective healthcare platform is mandatory

Experience & Compensation

SPE – 1.6 to 4 Years

- Facets: 4.5 LPA
- QNXT: 5.58 LPA

SME – 4.5 to 6 Years

- Facets: 6.44 LPA
- QNXT: 7.55 LPA

SME Responsibilities

- Handle process and client escalations
- Support and guide team members
- Monitor team/process performance
- Conduct process briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Assist with people management activities

Eligibility

- Any Graduate
- Relevant experience in US Healthcare
- Solid hands-on experience with Facets or QNXT is mandatory
- Immediate Joiners / Notice Period up to 30 days
