Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Chassis Lead Engineer to lead the development and integration of chassis systems across the complete vehicle lifecycle. The role involves cross-functional coordination, design validation, cost and quality management, supplier interaction, and successful delivery from concept to vehicle launch.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Lead development of chassis systems including Frame, Suspension, Powertrain Mounts.
- Drive design maturity, engineering sign-off, and gateway deliverables.
- Manage DVP, DFMEA, APQP, Validation, and Regulatory Compliance activities.
- Ensure achievement of cost, weight, quality, and timing targets.
- Coordinate with Suppliers, Manufacturing, CAE, Validation, and Purchasing Teams.
- Support sourcing, RFQ activities, vehicle launches, and pre-production builds.
- Proficient in CATIA, FMEA, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience handling vehicle programs from concept to launch.
