Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied medical claims.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and claim status.
- Identify reasons for claim denials and take necessary actions for resolution.
- Document call outcomes and update claim information in the system.
- Work towards meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Knowledge of US healthcare and medical billing will be an added advantage.
