About the Role

We are looking for a Darwinbox HRMS Specialist with strong hands-on experience in HRMS transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage Darwinbox modules (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, PMS, Timesheet, Onboarding/Offboarding, Helpdesk)
Build workflows, forms, automations, and validations using Darwinbox Studio
- Manage IAM, user access, roles, and system administration activities
Lead process enhancements
- Drive integrations with Payroll, ERP, SSO, Biometrics, and other enterprise systems
- Collaborate with HR, business teams, vendors, and AMS partners for seamless delivery

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong hands-on experience with Darwinbox HRMS
- Working knowledge of Darwinbox Studio
- Experience in HRMS configuration,



implementation, support, and enhancements
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Understanding of HRMS integrations and APIs
- Robust understanding of HR Operations, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance
- Experience in UAT, BRD preparation, requirement gathering, and process documentation
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables

Experience & Qualifications

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in HRMS / HR Technology / HR Operations.
- 5+ years of overall HRMS experience preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on Darwinbox experience preferred.
