- Manage technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of projects within budget, timeline, and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management by communicating progress updates regularly.
Job Requirements :
- 7-18 years of experience in technical program management or related field .
- Robust understanding of PMO management principles and practices (PMP certification preferred).
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
