Process: International Voice – Banking Process
Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME)
CTC: 20–25% hike on last CTC | Maximum up to 8 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduation – Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 Year as SME – On Paper Mandatory or Acting as SME Works

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
Transport : Available

Interview: Walk-In Drive – Candidates must be available tomorrow

Key Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of SME experience on paper in an International Voice Banking process.
- Solid knowledge of banking operations and customer handling.
- Should have experience in handling process-related queries and supporting team members.
- Ability to provide floor support, resolve escalations and assist in maintaining process quality.
- Hyderabad candidates only, as this is a Walk-In Drive.
