Role & responsibilities
- knowledge on Basic electronic components and drawing verification.
- knowledge on Quality tools like 7QC, SPC,MSA,DMAIC.
- Experience in FATP and SMT process.
- knowledge on power electronic & circuits.
- Experience on 5WHY analysis , CAPA ,8D.
- Experience in Control plan & PFMEA & PFC.
- Handling the in-process audit as per the process flow.
- Handling the rejection control and process deviations handling.
- Ensure 4M management and handling on line.
- Ensure CTQ & CTP stages activities.
- Ensure line tools & equipment validation/Calibrations.
- Ensure the shop floor Temperature & 6S conditions.
- Ensure market complaints action plans and monitoring.
- Involve CFT and conduct meeting internally for process improvements.
- Involve internal and external audits.
- Handle the Inspection (OBA & PDI )and sampling plan as per change.
- Ensure internal team training and evaluation.
