About the Role
We are looking for a curious and analytical Market Research Intern to support our Recruitment and Business Development teams. The role involves researching companies, industries, competitors, talent markets, and identifying potential business and hiring opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on companies, industries, technology domains, and market trends.
- Map companies based on industry, location, size, technology, and business model.
- Identify potential target companies and talent pools.
- Conduct competitor and industry research.
- Research startups, emerging companies, funding activities, and hiring trends.
- Collect and maintain market intelligence using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support recruitment and business development teams with company and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain databases of companies, decision-makers, and market information.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and research summaries.




- Ensure accuracy and regular updating of research data.

Requirements

- Good research and information-gathering skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to search, compare, validate, and organize information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online research tools is an advantage.

- Students/recent graduates from BBA, BCom, MBA, BBM, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
