Build and maintain a target client list and coordinate with the lead-generation team.

Contact prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn and referrals before client visits.

Visit client locations, meet relevant decision-makers and understand their business requirements.

Present company services and identify genuine business opportunities.

Follow up with prospects and support opportunities through proposal and closure.

Maintain CRM records and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Coordinate with technical teams for proposals, presentations and client discussions.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Skills:

Basic understanding of Quality Management, Process Improvement, Information Security and Cybersecurity.

Good English communication skills.





Fluency in the local language is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.

Good interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Confidence in communicating with business leaders and decision-makers.

Comfortable with regular field visits and travel.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-up.

Patience, persistence and a strong willingness to achieve target.

Graduate in any discipline preferred: BSc, BCom, BBA, BBM, MBA-Marketing, Diploma, etc
