Execution of Production Plan as per plan received from PPC
Accountability: Achieve production targets with optimum utilization of resources.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for Assembly lines
- Ensure adherence to production plan, Cycle time, and customer delivery commitments
- Balance manpower, machines, moulds, and materials to meet output and efficiency goals
- Monitor production performance and take corrective actions for deviations
- Ensure smooth changeovers and minimal downtime
Deliver consistent quality and productivity in assembly processes.
- Manage manual, semi-automatic, and automated assembly lines
- Ensure adherence to work instructions, control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Improve line balancing, ergonomics, and productivity
- Implement poka-yoke and error-proofing mechanisms
- Ensure traceability of automotive lighting products
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with prior experience in Managing Assembly lines, particularly automotive lighting.
- Candidates with minimum experience for 8-10 years in Assembly department and able to work with Cross Functional Teams to manage complete operations
