Key Requirements:

- LLB mandatory (LLM preferred)
- 8-12 years of experience in Legal Recovery/Collections within NBFC, Banking, Vehicle Finance, or Financial Services
- Solid knowledge of SARFAESI, Arbitration, NI Act, Recovery Suits, and Debt Recovery processes
- Proven experience in advocate management, litigation handling, and recovery target achievement
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area

Preferred Industry: NBFC, Vehicle Finance, Banking, Housing Finance, Retail Assets Collections.
