About the Role

Cloudblend Solutions is looking for a focused and responsible Digital Marketing & Social Media Operations Executive to join our growing team.

The role will involve managing and maintaining social media accounts, creating and publishing content, following account-specific guidelines, and supporting our digital marketing operations. You will work with a team using modern tools, automation, and AI to manage multiple projects and social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create and publish social media content according to client requirements and guidelines.
- Research current social media trends, content formats, and emerging technologies.
- Use AI tools and other digital marketing tools to improve content creation and daily operations.
- Follow SOPs and instructions carefully while managing multiple accounts.
- Monitor account activity and report any issues or unusual activity to the team.
- Maintain accurate records and update tracking sheets/dashboards regularly.
- Work closely with the content and operations teams to complete daily tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.




- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, social media, and digital marketing.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Good understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, Google Sheets, and online tools.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is preferred.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes.
- Very focused and detail-oriented. Attention to detail is extremely important.
- Able to follow instructions and SOPs accurately.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Requirements

- Own laptop/computer.
- Own smartphone.
- Positive internet connection.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and come to the office when required.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or similar work is preferred but not mandatory.
