Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize claim rejections and optimize cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as claims processing, patient access, and customer service to ensure seamless communication.
- Utilize Epic Systems (EPIC) software for effective claim submission and tracking.
- Analyze UB-04 forms accurately for accurate coding and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Calling or similar role in US Healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Epic Systems (EPIC), UB-04 form filling, Denial Management, Claims processing, B.Tech degree from a recognized university.
