- November–March: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST
- March–November: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Job Overview

We are looking for a GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Analyst to support IT compliance, risk, governance, and controls activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SOX Compliance, User Access Reviews (UAR), IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Risk, and Compliance/Controls Testing.

The hiring manager is particularly interested in candidates who are curious, analytical, proactive, and comfortable investigating issues beyond standard checklists and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support SOX Compliance activities and control requirements.
- Perform and support User Access Reviews (UARs).
- Support IT General Controls (ITGC) testing, reviews, and documentation.
- Assist with IT Compliance, Governance, Risk, and Controls activities.
- Review evidence, identify gaps, investigate exceptions, and follow up on remediation activities.
- Analyze control issues and proactively ask questions to understand the underlying root cause.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and validate compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of controls, testing results, findings, and supporting evidence.
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues appropriately.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications





- Hands-on experience with SOX Compliance.
- Experience performing User Access Reviews (UAR).
- Experience with IT General Controls (ITGC) testing/reviews.
- Experience in IT Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, Controls, or GRC.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT Compliance / GRC is highly preferred.
- Experience with IT Risk, Controls Testing, Audit, or Governance.
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, governance, and compliance processes.
- Candidates with an audit background may be considered; however, hands-on IT Compliance/GRC experience is preferred.
