Position Overview

As the Business Development Executive, you will play a important role in

driving client satisfaction and business growth within the designated location.

This position is responsible for ensuring seamless new client onboarding,

providing ongoing support services, and fostering strong client relationships to

maximize retention and expansion opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive market-share growth and meet sales targets for FY 202627.

- Proactively engage with high-potential Bus Operators to ensure focused account

management.

- Identify current business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from lead

generation to closure.





- Maintain strong local presence and relationship continuity within the assigned

region.

- Coordinate with product and support teams to ensure seamless delivery for

priority accounts.

Skills & Ability

- 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the

Banking, Insurance, Front End Sales (Dealership Showrooms), Pharma or any

kind of travel and leisure sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client

relationships.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Locally Based and In-depth knowledge of the local market

Others

- Good in Local language/should be good with English
