Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience who can

independently manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate must have a ready-to-learn

mindset, a happy face, and a peaceful, positive attitude while working with candidates and internal

teams.

This role is fully recruitment-driven. Were looking for someone who thrives in hiring, understands

technical and operational roles, and leverages up-to-date recruitment tools including AI-powered

platforms to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment





- Handle full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct screening calls to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate assessments, assignments, and technical tests.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Support offer discussions and ensure smooth candidate closure.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
- Engage with passive candidates and maintain long-term relationships.
- Keep talent pool sheets updated and organized.

Candidate Experience

- Maintain a positive, respectful, and qualified communication style.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth recruitment flow.
- Represent the company culture with a happy face and peaceful attitude.

Requirement Coordination

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions.
- Provide insights on market availability and candidate expectations.

AI & Modern Recruitment Tools

- Use AI-assisted tools for resume screening, candidate matching, and sourcing.
- Stay updated with modern recruitment trends and technologies.
- Apply basic AI knowledge to improve hiring efficiency.

Documentation & Tracking

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview logs.
- Ensure all recruitment data is organized, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Use ATS or AI tools for structured candidate management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- UG Degree: B.Sc CS / B.Sc IT / BE / B.Tech (CS or related fields)
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & ability to work as a team player
- Positive attitude, happy face, and peaceful communication style
