job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day production activities in the chemical plant.
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers and other production equipment.
- Ensure production as per batch process and production schedule.
- Maintain BMR, batch records and other production documents.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Follow safety, quality and GMP/EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance and other departments.
- Handle manpower and ensure proper utilization of resources.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have 14 years of experience in Chemical/API/Pharma manufacturing.
- Experience in batch manufacturing, reactors, solvent handling or solvent recovery will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of production processes, documentation and safety practices.
- Candidates willing to work at Boisar/Tarapur MIDC preferred.
